Lightly spray Donut Pan with cooking oil. In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a measuring cup, measure milk & whip in the eggs. Add milk to flour mixture and add all other ingredients. Beat until well blended. (If using whole wheat, don’t mix too much) Fill each donut hole 2/3 full. Bake 8-12 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Cool. Remove from pan and decorate however you like or enjoy plain. Wipe pan off and repeat process.
