Prep time: 25 minutes Cook time: 20 – 25 minutes Total time: 45 minutes Servings: 24 • 2 Challahs (Braided Egg Bread If you cant find Challah, you can use Brioche or French Bread. • 8 Eggs • 1 cup(s) of Half & Half • 1 cup(s) of Milk • 1 cup(s) of Sugar; 1/2 cup for Challah Bread Pudding, 1/2 cup for Compote • 3/4 cup(s) of Maple Syrup • 2 tsp. of Vanilla • 3 cup(s) of Cubed Peaches • 1 1/2 cup(s) of Raspberries • 4 tbsp. of Butter • 12 ounce(s) of Philadelphia Cream Cheese • 1 quart(s) of Vanilla Ice Cream (optional) Steps 1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees 2. Spray 2 muffin tins (each 12 cups) with nonstick cooking spray 3. Cut the Challah into 1 inch cubes 4.
