Mini muffins! Everyone heats muffins! These are quick, easy and simple to make 🙂 WASH YOU HANDS! TIE YOU HAIR BACK! To make about 20 (bitesize) you will need: 50g/2oz butter 150ml/ quarter of a pint Milk 200g/8oz caster sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder half a teaspoon of salt 1 egg – beaten 100g/4oz Chocolate Cooks tools; LARGE Mixing bowl Saucepan Sieve Measuring Jug 2 teaspoons wooden spoon papercases Muffin tin wire cooling rack 1. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees C / 400 Degrees F / Gas Mark 6. Melt the butter in the pan over a low heat. When its melted remove from hob and stir in milk and egg. 2. Sift flour, baking powder and salt into the mixing bowl. Stir in the sugar and chocolate. 3. Carefully add melted butter, egg and milk mix to the flour sugar and chocolate mix. 4, Now mix evrything together quickly and gently. Dont worry if the mix looks lumpy! 5. Using the two teaspoons, transfer the mix into the paper cases (put these into the muffin tin) 6. Bake for about 20mins or until golden brown and well risen.
